Running all the way through October 29th, the annual Lavender Nights is worth the hour-and-a-half drive. Enjoy the live music, lavender-themed food, and the view of over 100,000 lights that illuminate the night while you inhale the intoxicating smell of farm fresh lavender. Tickets only cost $12, including taxes and fees. Be sure to come hungry as sourdough pizzas are in abundance, make sure to try the “Fig & Lavender” with goat cheese and caramelized sweet onions. You’ll be so relaxed on the ride back after spending the day engulfed by the lavender scents that you’ll drift right off to sleep once you get home.
